This is just a tiny little book with a great big message-- it reminds us how important it is to be grateful. It gives a bunch of different little "mind games" to practice which are helpful when the going gets rough and you want to get yourself out of a negative space and put yourself in a positive space. After all, when you want to create good stuff in your life, you have to start from a positive place. A wonderful (and inexpensive) gift for just about anyone you know-- I got a bunch and just gave them away. I even gave one to a homeless man standing around outside the supermarket, and he was very grateful!
